Redesign of a showcase website for an organization dedicated to helping people with disabilities and at-risk youth
For the ARSEA association’s website, I oversaw the redesign and graphic and functional design in accordance with WCAG standards, with the goal of creating a platform that reflects the organization’s social mission, the diversity of its initiatives, and its humanistic commitment. ARSEA is a recognized public-interest organization that has been supporting children, adults with disabilities, and people facing social challenges for several decades through numerous facilities and services located throughout the country.
My role involved redesigning the website’s architecture to make a large volume of information—including missions, locations, news, and support services—accessible and easy to navigate, while visually highlighting the organization’s commitments. I worked on organizing the content hierarchy so that every audience—families, partners, volunteers, or prospective employees—could quickly find the relevant information and understand the full range of services offered.
Visually, I designed a graphic identity consistent with the project’s values: clarity, approachability, humanity, and accessibility. This is achieved through typographic choices, color schemes, and graphic elements that enhance readability while guiding the user’s eye as they navigate the site. The navigation was designed to optimize access to the “Our Missions,” “Our Facilities,” and “News” pages, which are essential for understanding the organization’s impact.
Finally, I ensured that the design was fully responsive, guaranteeing a seamless experience on both desktop and mobile devices, and that all content was presented in a balanced and professional manner. Thanks to this project, the organization now has a website that accurately reflects its values and its role as a major social actor in the region.
